Charlotte Pace

Associate

Charlotte is an Associate of Just Ideas and is a facilitator and action researcher undertaking a variety of projects within the social and statutory sectors and where possible both at the same time! Between 2013 and 2019 she was a lead facilitator on the national Building Health Partnerships and Health and Social Value programmes where she supported cross sector senior leaders in their local collaboration and integration plans. This has involved developing collaborations in commissioning as well as working with organisations to develop their understanding of social impact and social value.

Charlotte has a passion for working with people to create a learning space within which complex challenges are addressed, building productive and lasting connections based on respect, trust and challenge. This has included work with a number of large scale Trusts & Foundations

Working closely with smaller voluntary sector organisations and in communities Charlotte has experienced first-hand how social change happens at a grass roots level and where so many insights can be drawn from. She is committed to harnessing this expertise and connecting it to partners and colleagues across ALL sectors, for wider use and learning – and to create better and more equal life chances for everyone.

She lives in Stroud in Gloucestershire and regularly travels around the UK for work, and fun!
