We focus on creating a space for genuine discussion, exploration and identification of opportunities, and then support your organisation to develop a plan to take action to change. Bespoke support ranges from one-off staff-trustee away-days to longer term support on employee or volunteer engagement, or working with a range of stakeholders and partners to scope out future opportunities for your organisation.
Recently Just Ideas facilitated:
- An Away-day for staff Senior Management Team and Trustees of Freedom from Torture to allow Board and managers some space to focus on aspirations for the next 10 years, to think ambitiously about where the organisation wants to be and how to get there.
- A series of facilitated workshops with employees and staff to encourage better employee engagement within a large facilities management company working in a hospital. Integral to this project was developing a bespoke game called ‘Scenario’ and a set of characters to engage employees in discussion and understanding different roles within the large team, and how to work better together.
- Planning and facilitating a 3 day training workshop on advocacy for international partners of the Coalition to Stop the Use of Child Soldiers.
- Work with Community Action Southwark exploring the potential for closer working and collaboration with Volunteer Centre Southwark.
Thanks so much workshop you ran on Saturday. I think it helped us to get some purchase on where we need to head over the next few years. I thought the pictures section really helped people to approach things in a less linear and verbal way which allowed a bit of fresh thinking- exactly as needed!
