What Happens When You Put 22 Great People in a Room With Flipcharts and Curiosity?

We were delighted to work with 22 Local Trust delivery staff earlier this month in Newcastle for an Essential Facilitation Skills workshop — part of a team away day filled with energy, insight, and collaboration.

Together we explored practical tools and inclusive approaches, shared experiences of tricky facilitation moments, and created space to try things out in a safe, supportive environment. It was fantastic to see confidence grow throughout the day!

The session’s learning and atmosphere were captured brilliantly in a graphic by our associate Eddy Phillips, showcasing the power of facilitation not just to guide conversations — but to connect people.
